Pick n' Mix your Computer Support
Email Support
Per incident or query with no guaranteed response time. This is a fixed cost regardless of the number of email messages required to reach a resolution to the problem. If appropriate the support team may use remote tools to assist with the diagnosis or resolution of the problem.
Telephone Support
Per half hour with a call back within 2 hours. If appropriate the support team may use remote tools to assist with the diagnosis or resolution of the problem. The time taken using such tools or performing other tasks required to resolve the problem will be charged at the same rate. Minimum charge of one half hour.
On-Site Support
Per half day with a response time of 4 hours. A half day consists of 3.5 hours including travelling time. Minimum charge of one half day.
