Delivery
We believe in and only sell industry leading hardware and software. All our supplied products are UK or authorised channel sourced, validating authenticity and warranty.
Wherever possible all equipment is first shipped to our Head Office in Newbury, where it is checked, a record is kept of the equipment and if applicable it is tested for electrical safety. Each device is then configured with the appropriate operating system and loaded with all of the latest hardware, firmware and software patches so that when the goods are delivered to site they are as up to date as possible.
To ensure the quality of our supply we have our own delivery service and so wherever possible products are delivered by our own staff using our own vehicles.
On-site installation is carried out by our field engineering team who hold a range of industry qualifications from vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, Checkpoint, Veritas, HP and Toshiba.
